About Procuriva

We do the procurement work that never reaches the top of the list.

Every procurement team has a queue it never clears: the invoices that will not match, the requisitions nobody validated, the small suppliers nobody has time to consolidate. That queue is our entire business.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they hand any of this over.

Who is Procuriva?

A procurement outsourcing firm delivering from India and the Middle East. We run the transactional half of procurement — requisitions, purchase orders, indirect and MRO buying, supplier and item data, and accounts payable — inside our clients' own systems. We are new, we say so, and we would rather be judged on a measured pilot than on a brochure.

Who do you work with?

Mid-market organisations of roughly 200 to 2,000 people with real transaction volume and a procurement team too small to clear it — manufacturers, healthcare providers, technology companies and professional services firms. We sell into Australia and New Zealand, Canada, the UK, the GCC, the United States and Europe.

Do we have to change systems to work with you?

No. We work inside your ERP and your existing tools rather than asking your team to learn ours, so there is no migration and no new licence. Where you run more than one system, usually after an acquisition, we work in each and map both to a single classification for group reporting.

How do you actually save us money?

Two ways, and they are different. Cost per transaction falls because the work moves to a team whose only job it is, measured against the baseline from your free audit. Spend falls because someone finally has time to consolidate small suppliers, catch duplicate payments and stop off-contract buying. The first is immediate and easy to verify; the second is larger and takes longer.

How do you handle security and our data?

Access is scoped by you, granted to named individuals and revoked through your own leaver process. Your data stays in your systems because we work inside them. We contract on standard clauses, name every sub-processor, and work to GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles and Saudi PDPL. ISO 27001 alignment is in progress and SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap — we state status as it is rather than showing badges we do not hold.

Who do we deal with day to day?

Named analysts assigned to your account, with named backup cover for leave and absence, and an account lead in the Middle East whose working hours overlap yours. You know who does the work and who to call. Cover is a contractual term, not something you discover when someone is on holiday.

Can we try it before committing to anything?

That is the only way we start. A free spend audit measures your volumes, cycle times and exception rates and hands you a written baseline you keep regardless. If you go further it is a fixed-fee pilot on one site or one category, measured against that baseline. There is no multi-year commitment and transition-out support is written into the contract from day one.

Fewer invoices on your desk. Starting in four weeks.

Start with a free spend audit. You keep the written baseline whether or not you go further.
