#These terms cover the website only

These terms govern your use of procuriva.com. They are between you and Procuriva FZE LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, registered office Amber Gem Tower, Mezzanine Floor, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Al Rashidiya 3, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, trading as Procuriva. A separate written agreement governs any service we deliver to you; where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

They do not govern any engagement. If we work together, that is covered by a separate signed services agreement and its data processing addendum, and where those conflict with this page, they win.

#Nothing here is an offer or a quote

The pricing models, timelines, service levels and engagement structures described on this site are illustrative of how we normally work. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they are not a quotation. A price becomes real when it is written into a signed agreement after a spend audit, and not before.

Statistics on this site are drawn from named third-party sources, cited on the page where they appear. They describe the industry, not our results — we say plainly on those pages where we have no client results of our own to show.

#Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, defamatory or malicious.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
• Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site's content for a competing commercial service.
• Do not submit another person's personal data through the enquiry form without their knowledge.

#Our content

The text, design, structure and original graphics on this site belong to Procuriva. You may read, print and share them for your own reference, including circulating a page internally when evaluating suppliers — that is what it is for. You may not republish them as your own or use them commercially without written permission.

Photography on this site is licensed stock. Third-party names, marks and product names belong to their owners and appear here descriptively, not as an endorsement or a claim of partnership.

Where we link out — usually to the primary source of a statistic — we do so because the source is worth checking. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

#Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

#Liability

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

#Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, this does not take those rights away.
